MACHINED PARTS

I completed University of Waterloo's Engineering Student Machine Shop course and have also completed the additional training courses allowing me to use the lathe and mill.

The first image is a keychain that was created as a part of my mechatronics course, MTE 100. The aluminium parts were already shaped for us, however, we gained exposure using the drill press create holes for a socket head cap screw, button head, and flat head that would hold the two parts together.

The second image shows the first piece I machined during my lathe training. It is made out of aluminum.

Next, is the aluminum part I machined during my mill training.

Lastly, those are two of the eight insert plugs I machined out of steel for my student design team, UW Formula SAE using a lathe and bandsaw.
